As a practice, we are regularly retained by both occupiers and investors to find suitable premises that fit their specific requirements.
Whilst much of our work in this field is for a whole range of retail clients who will ask us to seek out and acquire suitable premises in towns specified, this work often entails direct approaches to occupiers in order to ensure all possibilities are followed up and not merely those properties that are being openly marketed are investigated. Where necessary, we will also deal with securing planning consent for any change of use that may be required.
In a similar way for investors we will seek out and secure suitable property that fits in with their specific criteria. |
