Crickmay Asset Management LLP was established in 2002 to provide a local service to our existing Client base and an 'on the spot - hands on approach'. Today the team manages a wide variety of properties throughout the South East.
Whilst specialising in commercial property management we also look after a number of residential properties from small blocks of flats to large prestigious country estates. The commercial portfolio is diverse and includes everything from single units to shopping centres.
We are equally happy to provide a full management service to include rent collection or we can simply look after service charge provisions of multi-occupied developments.
Property insurance is a key are of our work where we have circa £100 million worth of property under cover and we will always be pleased to provide competitive quotations and deal with premium recovery direct from tenants where appropriate.
