Thai Restaurant for Bishopric
A new 15 year lease has just been agreed on 16 Bishopric, the historic home of Horsham’s King & Barnes Brewery. The new lessees are planning to add to their chain of Thai restaurants under the name Lemongrass. They currently have a well-established restaurant in Chichester, which has received consistently great reviews on Trip Advisor, along with other successful branches in and around Sussex. The chain will undoubtedly prove to be a welcome addition to the Horsham restaurant offering.
Crickmay received a number of interested parties in the property, which led to ‘best and final bids’ being sought.
