Description

The Conservatory Café has traded for a number of years and has established a regular clientele. The cafe occupies the ground floor of the Grade II listed building. The ground floor comprises a mix of open plan seating area within the main building and adjacent conservatory with kitchen, staff and customer WC’s, which are also available for public use. In total, there is the capability of providing approximately 60 covers inside, together with additional seating to the front and further seating within the park by separate negotiation. The premises must operate the minimum opening hours of 9 am to 6 pm, 7 days a week from June to October and between 9 am to 5 pm, 7 days a week from November to May. The premises may operate between the hours of 8 am and 9.30 pm. The property currently benefits from a license allowing the sale of alcohol, Monday to Sunday between the hours of 9 am and 9 pm. The premises will be available from February 2020.
