Crickmay Chartered Surveyors have recently sold the Hilltop Tea Kiosk at the top of Dyke Road Avenue to Mr. Rodney Posner who also owns the well known and popular Meeting Place on Hove seafront. The business received a large number of enquiries and an offer was accepted within the first few weeks. The kiosk is now open longer hours and also at weekends and offers great scope to develop the business further.
