Whilst the changes to pensions as from April 2006 were not as radical as had initially been predicted, there is no doubt that they have increased peoples awareness of the opportunities for investing in commercial property both through a pension vehicle (SIPP) or as a personal investment.  We at Crickmay have sold a number of smaller investment properties over the course of the last few months suitable to provide a steady income including a series of sale and leaseback transactions on behalf of a national covenant.
