At a recent charity function supporting the Shooting Star Children’s Hospice, Partner Rick Ball had the pleasure of bumping into 80s icon Tony Hadley of Spandau Ballet fame.Rick declared that Tony had been a hero of his and even confessed to dressing in the Spandau way on a number of occasions in his younger days (without the make up).Tony Hadley did an acoustic set on behalf of the charity that Crickmay support and it was declared that his voice sounded better than ever, even when Bobby Davro joined in!It would appear a good time was had by all.Further information on the charity can be found at www.shootingstar.org.uk.
