| The planning team at Crickmay have successfully represented two clients in respect of two high profile Change of Use applications in Horsham.
By bringing together their longstanding knowledge of market demand for commercial property and planning expertise they were able to demonstrate to Horsham District Council the merits of both schemes, which involved the redevelopment of a redundant motor dealership site to provide two retail units and the conversion of three shops to a restaurant within the pedestrianised area of Horsham.
Chris Hickey who heads up the planning team presented both cases to the Local Authority commented that “this goes to prove that Planning Officers have great respect for local expertise and as such we were able to achieve results that were initially considered contrary to Planning Policy”
