Crickmay Chartered Surveyors are fortunate to advise both High Street banks and more specialist property lenders where either commercial or residential premises are being used as security for lending. This work is undertaken over a wide area of the south east from our two strategically placed offices.
Our formal valuation work also includes valuations for taxation, company accounts of any other purpose for which property valuations may be required.
With our active business sales division we are able to offer a more comprehensive service than many other practices encompassing going concern valuations whether this be of specialist properties, possibly in the hotel and leisure sectors, or the care industry. Alternatively, these may cover the retail sector or retail businesses. |
