Business Rates represent a major outgoing for all property occupiers.  A working knowledge of the property market is essential in order to consider an assessment and whether or not an appeal should be lodged.

We have extensive experience in negotiating with the Valuation Office Agency and where appropriate defending a Client’s case before the appropriate Valuation Tribunal.
