A talented Management Surveyor is required to drive forward the expansion of this important sector of our business.
The opportunity exists to join our existing highly regarded commercial property team in either of our offices in Horsham or Hove. The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a set of entrepreneurial skills to shape the direction of the Property Management side of the business and will have a proven ability in dealing with a wide range of properties and reporting directly to both private and institutional clients.
Day to day activities to include periodic property inspections, rent collection, service charge administration, lease compliance, as well as pursuing new business opportunities.
The candidate can either be a qualified Chartered Surveyor or an Associate of the RICS, or have relevant experience in the industry.
The successful applicant will have a direct input into the running of the Commercial Management Department and will be expected to have input and knowledge of appropriate IT systems and help shape the future of this sector, working closely with the existing team of surveyors.
