Crickmay set to expand Brighton and Hove office

The Directors of Crickmay Ltd have undertaken to invest in the South Coast office to expand the services offered. Until now the Brighton & Hove office has focused on Valuation work for local banks and property companies headed up by Simon Browne and Richard Ball, who has dealt with Commercial Agency and Business Sales. From January 2015 Chris Hickey, who has worked with the company for 7 years in the Horsham office, will be based in Brighton & Hove to provide a greater range of Professional and Agency Services supported by Simon and Richard, who will remain a consultant. Chris is already involved in a number of high profile rent reviews and valuations in the city and beyond and will in addition be providing Rating and Planning advice. Chris commented, "This is an exciting challenge and I am relishing the prospect of getting more involved in a market that was home for a number of years".
