Crickmay are pleased to have agreed terms for the letting of The Old Council Office, Southwater, to a further day care nursery provider.
Planning permission has been approved for a residential development to be built, which will encompass the area on which the premises are currently situated. The planning permission includes the construction of brand new day care premises and once construction has been completed, the nursery provider will then be relocating.
