Charlie Kingham Ltd will shortly be opening their second kitchen showroom, following an agreement to take a sub-lease of 8 Chertsey Street, Guildford.
Crickmay were instructed to find a tenant by the previous occupier, Hamptons International, who retain a presence in the town centre by virtue of their existing offices at 2 Chertsey Street.
