Dual letting for Bishops Weald House

Crickmay are delighted to have acted on behalf of their client in seeking and agreeing two lettings within Bishops Weald House, in Horsham town centre.
The first unit, formerly occupied by McDonald’s, has now been let to Specsavers who required larger premises and will be relocating from their current premises in West Street.
The second unit was formerly occupied by Argos who are now based within Sainsburys, and has been let to Poundstretcher.
We are now marketing the last of the units at Bishops Weald House which was occupied by The Entertainer, who closed down at the beginning of the year. The ground floor premises are 4,666 sq ft and full marketing details are available here
