Crickmay is pleased to have acted on behalf of West Sussex County Council (WSCC) in securing a new tenant for the second floor of Parkside, Horsham.
A new lease has been agreed with Barrington James , a globally recognised recruitment firm previously based in Crawley, which was seeking additional space to support its growth. The move to Parkside is expected to create up to 100 new roles over the next 18 months.
The office accommodation, previously occupied by Horsham District Council prior to their relocation within the town centre, comprises high-quality, headquarters-style space. It offers predominantly open-plan layouts, complemented by a selection of individual offices and meeting rooms. The building is conveniently located in Horsham town centre, close to the mainline railway station, providing excellent transport links.
