Following the sale of a 13-unit garage block in January 2025 (having originally sold the block to the vendor), we were pleased to be instructed again by the purchaser to re-market part of the asset.
Six garages were subsequently brought to market, resulting in the freehold sale of five units, all subject to existing tenancies, with the final garage retained within the client’s portfolio.
