Paula Smith

Paula qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2003.  Since then she has undertaken a variety of roles including valuation for secured lending, accounting and probate purposes. 

Her experience covers both the commercial sector and residential development sites.   In 2015 she began carrying out specialist healthcare premises valuations for both lending and partnership purposes.

In addition to her expertise in valuation, Paula has provided clients with Business Rates advice and managed their appeals, presenting cases at Valuation Tribunal when required.
